Documents Required for Delhi Polytechnic (Delhi CET) Admission 2023

Delhi Polytechnic online application process will begin soon. Check the list of documents required to submit along with the application form. Also, check the list of documents/ certificates required at the time of reporting. 

Documents Required for Delhi Polytechnic Admission

Documents Required for Delhi Polytechnic (Delhi CET) Admission 2023: Admission will be done on merit list i.e candidates performance in the Class 10th. Candidates who want to take admission in diploma course in Delhi must fill in the online application form, upload the documents and pay the application fee to complete the application process. The application deadline of Delhi CET will be notified. 

It is mandatory for candidates to upload the required documents along with the application. The documents must be uploaded with specification as defined by the conducting body. All details related to Delhi CET documents like the list of documents, specifications can be checked here:

Following is the list of documents (along with specifications) that must be submitted along with the Delhi CET application form:  -

Scanned Copy of PhotographScanned Copy of Signature
Crossed/ Cancelled Cheque10th Mark Sheet
Date of Birth certificateITI Mark Sheet (if applicable)

Let us look at each one by one-

Scanned Copy of Photograph

The photograph must be in JPG/ JPEG format. The size of the photograph should not be greater than 4 KB and it should not be less than  100 KB. It must be a coloured photograph. The photograph must show FACE in the centre and ears must be seen clearly. The candidate must not wear a cap or hat in the photograph. 

Signature 

The candidate must upload a scanned copy of the photograph. The size of the signature must not exceed 30 KB and it must not be less than 1 KB. The signature must be in JPG/ JPEG format. 

Crossed/ Cancelled Cheque

The candidate must also upload a scanned copy of the cancelled/ crossed cheque.  The size must not exceed 80 KB and it must not be less than 1 KB. It must be in JPG/ JPEG format. 

10th Marksheet

The candidate must upload a scanned copy of the original Class 10th mark sheet.  Candidates must note that no scanned copy or photocopy of mark sheet shall be accepted. The document must be in PDF format. The size of the document must not exceed 300 KB and it should not be less than 23 KB. 

 Date of Birth Certificate

The Date of the Birth certificate must be uploaded in PDF format. The size of the document must not exceed 300 KB and it should not be less than 23 KB. 

ITI Marksheet 

Candidates who have qualified ITI must upload the scanned copy of ITI mark sheet. The document must be in PDF format. The size of the document must not exceed 300 KB and it should not be less than 23 KB. 

All the above original documents uploaded must be coloured scanned and readable. Candidates must compress and resize images, if the size of images exceeds the defined image.

Documents Required at the Time of Reporting

Once the admission is confirmed at the institute, the candidate must report at the institute and procedure certain documents along with the application. The list of documents that must be produced at the time of reporting at the institute is given below:

Hello Mohit,

To secure admission to the polytechnic programme in the mechanical branch at Baba Saheb Ambedkar Polytechnic Mathura, you must have passed class 10 from a recognised board with at least 45% marks. The final selection is based on the JEECUP exam and counselling. The counselling process began on August 17, 2023. If you meet all the requirements, admission will be granted.

Dear Garima

The eligibility criteria for admission to the Diploma in Electronics Engineering course at Government Polytechnic, Mainpuri, include passing class 10 or class 12 from a recognized board with at least 35% marks. The course is offered in the full-time mode for a duration of 3 years and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Since the college has not mentioned the requirement of any particular entrance examination for Government Polytechnic Mainpuri admission, therefore, you can get admission if you meet the above-mentioned eligibility requirements.
