Dos and Don'ts for MAH BEd CET 2023 Counselling: MAH B.Ed CET 2023 counselling is ongoing and will be conducted across 4 phases - CAP Round 1, CAP Round 2, CAP Round 3, and the Institute-Level Round.
The objective of the MAH B.Ed CET counselling process is to select applicants and allocate them seats to pursue B.Ed courses in the affiliated colleges of the State. The allocation will be done depending on the web choices made by the applicants, their rank in the exam, reservation criteria, and vacancies. The exam was held from April 23 to April 25, 2023, and the MAH B.Ed CET 2023 results were released on May 27, 2023.
Candidates who cleared the MAH B.Ed CET 2023 are qualified to participate in the counselling procedure. To assist the aspirants in having a smooth experience during the admission process, we have curated some of the major pointers that they must follow.
Dos for MAH BEd CET 2023 Counselling Process
To be a part of the counselling process of MAH B.Ed CET 2023, candidates must familiarise themselves with the necessary Dos. They must adhere to the following directions for the successful completion of the counselling round -
- The first and one of the main steps for the candidates is to register themselves for the counselling process.
- Once they register they can then take part in the choice filling and web entry.
- Applicants who clear the MAH B.Ed CET exam can attend the counselling rounds.
- A sound internet connection along with a good laptop or desktop is necessary for counselling as the candidates will require them to pay the counselling fee online, record web choices, see the merit list etc.
- If the admission cell allocates the seat per the first preference the candidates opted for during the choice filling window, then they have to accept the seat by utilising the “Freeze” option.
- Applicants have to pay the one-time seat acceptance charge through the “Candidate’s Login”, after seat confirmation.
- Candidates have to upload the compulsory set of documents asked by the authorities for e-verification as well as for in-person validation during the college reporting period.
- Applicants who registered for the counselling must review the seat allotment result.
- If they are allotted a seat during the seat allocation process, then they have to report to the assigned college within the specified time.
- Candidates will have to check the vacancy report at the end of Round 1 and on that basis, the conducting body will arrange the counselling for the subsequent rounds.
- Applicants can lodge their web choices also during the institute-level round. The institute-level round will be held after the first 3 phases of counselling are over.
- Individuals who were granted seats other than their first choices can go for Betterment. They have to press down the “Betterment” button in the “Set Seat Acceptance Status”.
Don'ts for MAH BEd CET 2023 Counselling Process
Some of the crucial guidelines that the candidates must avoid during the MAH B.Ed CET counselling procedure are listed below -
- Applicants must not forget to register and pay the counselling fee and admission fee.
- They must not miss the deadlines for each stage of the counselling process.
- The shortlisted student must note the admission cutoff date and complete the formalities for the same.
- They must not submit fake certificates or documents during verification. If the exam cell notices any discrepancy in the papers, they will cancel the admission of that particular candidate.
- Candidates who confirm the seat in Phase I by freezing the selection are not permitted to attend CAP Round II.
- The students must not let slip the deadline to appear at the designated college, as doing so will lead them to lose their claim on that seat and the seat will be available for a fresh candidate in Round II.
