The average course fee for BCA at Siliguri College, Darjeeling is INR 2,300. Yes, you can take admission to BCA course if you have passed 12th in Arts with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Also, the laptop is not compulsory for BCA students. However, you can buy one for self-study purposes.
