What Score is Needed to get B.Tech at Delhi University through CUET? In CUET 2024, a score between 400 and 600 might be considered to be average. Students with these CUET scores should be able to get into a respectable DU college. A higher score gives students a better chance of getting into a B. Tech programme. Generally, admission to DU requires a minimum CUET score of 480 out of 800. However, to get admission the score needed to get B Tech at Delhi University through CUET is 700 or higher.
