CNMC Kolkata Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2024

Overall: Everything about my medical College life is filled with joy and happiness sometimes a bit of stress which makes it a perfect medical student.Currently I am pursuing MBBS 3rd year at Calcutta National Medical College.

Placement: As we all know being a doctor is one of the most humble and kind profession. At the end of 4 year we get to do 1 and half years internship at our college as junior meds, after that we have to apply for provisional training at any government hospital , Normally 85% of students get thir intership done along with thir pg program .

Infrastructure: The mains thing about our college campus is its quality infrastructure with ample number of lecture halls,OT,a big swimming pool,Sports area, Demonstration halls and so on

Faculty: Everyone knows that CNMC faculties and doctors are one of the best among all medical Colleges in West Bengal.We have total approximately 88 faculties including staffs. They not just only give quality education but also help us to deal with problems in our day to day life

Hostel: The hostel is a another wonder of medical College . every body at our hostel is quite humble and easy to be friend with kind of mates.the food is available 3 times a day with chicken and edd twice a week. Other food we have neat and clean accomodation for students . Normally we get hostels from 2nd year onwards

Overall: Overall experience was average. I have got some very good friends. Some teachers who motivate us even infrastructure was really nice. Hostel was also good.

Placement: Not every student of this institute gets placement. Only less numbers of student gets placed like 30%. BUT IF YOU WORK HARD SURELY YOU'LL GET THE PLACEMENT

Infrastructure: If I talk about infrastructure, the buildings are creatively made.Arena for sports was available.Libraries are available.WI services are available.Yeah , this institute infrastructure wise is good

Faculty: Faculties of this institute are really helping in nature and supportive at the same time. They are well qualified and motivates the students to do well in all the areas

Hostel: Hostel facility is good. Quality of food served by mess is average but we used to get varieties each day. Overall cleanliness and hygiene is maintained here

Overall: Regarding cnmc Kolkata, faculty is too good, everyone got placement, college and hospital separated,but there is no as such big playground and all the department not in a single campus,and hostel is also away from college.this is a problem with this college

Placement: Most of students get placement after their intership.from this clg a lots of students got a good rank in NEET PG and INI CET exam. Clg is in core of Kolkata so u got high exposure of patients which helps a lots. There are so many private hospitals in Kolkata in which u should join after internship easily.

Infrastructure: This college is too old (1948) that's by old infrastructure.But renovation is going on an interval.overall infrastructure structure not such bad so that u can escape this college with this reason

Faculty: Faculty is too good every faculty is well qualified and helpful nature.they do a lots of work for their students so that students gets maximum benefit.they also divided the whole batch into small group for one to one way interaction. Overall faculty points of view CNMC is so good.

Hostel: Hostel is separated from clg that is problem.there is plenty of hostel so that 1st year MBBS students not allotted any hostel.but girls got hostel within 3-5months of their addmission
