Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya (HRMMV), established in the year 1927 by DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi. Guru Nanak Dev University is the college's parent body. The University of Georgia has granted HRMMV approval and recognition. NAAC has reaccredited the college with a 'A' rating. HRMMV offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma level courses in a variety of subjects including Arts, Science, Commerce, Computer Science, and Visual and Performing Arts.
The companies which students get recruited from this institute are top-rated organizations like the ICICI Bank, Infosys, etc. The admissions here are merit-based. Some merit-based scholarships are also available for students.

Admission is based on academic merit.
At the moment of admission, candidates must be present. It is required that a parent or guardian sign the entrance paperwork. Candidates who have transferred from other universities must complete an eligibility form. Foreign applicants must get a 'Student Visa' and meet the standards of their respective embassies. Foreign applicants must have a 'Recognition Letter' from the Association of Indian Universities.

HRMMV Campus Facilities and Infrastructure
Sports: The college's sports department features cutting-edge infrastructure and world-class coaching facilities. Athletics Track, Basketball Court, Netball Ground, Volleyball Ground, Handball Ground, Badminton Court, Tennis Court, Archery Ground, Weightlifting Hall, and others are among the several playgrounds on campus.
Hostel: The institute includes three on-campus hostels with air conditioning and lodging for parents. A Computer Lab and a Dining Hall are also available at the hostel.
Library: The college features an air-conditioned library. With 104713 volumes in store and 140 national and international journals and magazines, it is totally automated and digital. Faculty and students have their own section in the library. It comes with an LED display.
Students and faculty members can take advantage of the institute's bus transportation service. The institute also has paperwork for public transportation passes.
