What is a Good Score in MH CET Law 2024?

MH CET Law or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra for admission to law colleges in Maharashtra. Candidates who want to secure a seat in the top law colleges in the state need to understand what should be a good score in the entrance exam. Individuals scoring around 110 to 120 in a 5-year integrated LLB and 100+ in a 3-year LLB will be considered a good score in MH CET Law 2024. Both 3-year and 5-year LL.B exams will have a total score of 150 marks. MH CET Law 2024 for 3-year LL.B was held on March 12 and 13, and the 5-year LL.B exam will be conducted on May 22, 2024.

CUET 2024 Legal Studies syllabus has been released by the National Test Agency (NTA). The CUET 2024 Legal Studies exam will include questions from the NCERT class 12 syllabus. Dear student, The Heritage Law College which is under the University of Calcutta, grants admission to BA+LLB courses according to the Calcutta University norms. Therefore, to get admission to the BA+LLB course at Heritage Law College, you must pass the entrance exam conducted by the university. Then the college will draw up a merit list based on the entrance exam.

For Heritage Law College admissions, you may apply online through the University of Calcutta's official website. Single online applications are invited for admission to the 1st Semester of the 5-year B.A.LL.B. Course for the academic session 2023-2024. Students who have passed Class 12 or its equivalent from the Board recognised by the University of Calcutta can apply for admission. The number of seats available is 180 and the entry fee fo general is Rs 500.

Dear student,

In order to get admission in the BA LLB course of Heritage Law College, Kolkata, you will first have to check the eligibility criteria of the course. The eligibility conditions for the integrated law course of BA LLB at Heritage Law College state that you should have completed class 12th from a recognised board of education with at least 45% marks in aggregate. The candidates belonging to the categories of SC, ST and PwD must have at least 40% marks.

Apart from that, you will have to appear for the entrance test conducted by the college to shortlist candidates for the course. The dates of the entrance exam of Heritage Law College have not been announced yet and were postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak in the country. After the entrance exam, you will have to attend the counselling process of Heritage Law College through which you will get final admission depending upon your score.
