IIM shortlist 2024 has been released for all IIMs. It is the list of selected candidates who are eligible or called to take part in the WAT-PI rounds of IIMs. The final results have also been released for IIM Raipur, IIM Ranchi, IIM Udaipur, IIM Trichy, IIM Kashipur, IIM Jammu, IIM Sirmaur, IIM Sambalpur, IIM Bodhgaya, IIM Bangalore, and IIM Rohtak. All About CAT Exam 2023: The Common Admission Test or CAT, as it is popularly known, is one of the most sought-after MBA entrance exams in India. CAT is the entrance exam used by many of the top-tier business schools and management institutes in India, including the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs). IIM cutoff 2023 can range anywhere between 90 and 100 percentile depending on the IIM one is applying to. For the top IIMs like IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Kozhikhode, and IIM Calcutta, the qualifying cutoff is expected to be around 80-85 percentile, while the final call cutoff will lie in the range of 99-100. Notably, the IIM CAT cutoff 2023 differs from one category to another and each IIM also releases both overall and section-wise CAT cutoff.

NIRF MBA Ranking 2023: The Union Minister of Education released the NIRF Rankings 2023 for MBA colleges on June 5, 2023. IIM Ahmedabad once again retained the top position on the NIRF ranking list, becoming the top management institution in India, followed by IIM Bangalore. This year, IIM Kozhikode secured the third position, leaving IIM Calcutta behind in the 4th position. IIT Madras retained its position as the number 1 college under the overall category, followed by IISc Bangalore in 2nd position and IIT Delhi stood third. Candidates can check the complete list of NIRF MBA Rankings 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Education (MoE) at nirfindia.org.

The IIM CAP 2024 registration last date was January 31, 2024. The applicants could submit their forms on the official website up to 5:00 PM. The IIM CAP 2024 application form was released on January 20. Candidates who met the qualifying cutoff CAP participating IIMs were able to fill out the application form and appear for personal interviews, which will be conducted most likely in February 2024.

MBA Colleges Accepting 90-95 Percentile in CAT 2023: More than 2 lakh students appear for the CAT exam each year, which ultimately results in fierce competition. Those securing anything between the 90-95 percentile in CAT can easily find good colleges in India. Top MBA colleges accepting 90 percentile in CAT and above include IIMs, SPJIMR, FMS Delhi, and MDI Gurgaon. The CAT 2023 result was released on December 21, 2023.

IIM Selection Criteria 2024-26 involves the requirements that candidates have to meet to get MBA admission into the IIMs. IIM admission criteria 2024-26 are different for each IIM institute depending on the CAT score and academic requirements. IIM selection criteria change based on the yearly performance of the institute and admission statistics of the previous year.

Candidates who qualify for the CAT exam and meet the qualifying cutoff set by individual IIMs are selected for the Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI). The IIM selection criteria also include meeting the final CAT cutoff requirements. The final admission into IIMs is based on the candidate's overall profile - CAT score, academic background, work experience, category, and WAT & PI score.

A Good Score/Rank in TS ICET 2024 can range anywhere between 150 and 200 out of a total score of 200. To obtain a rank between 1-100 candidates must score somewhere between 160 and 200. For securing a rank between 11 to 100, obtaining a score ranging from 150 to 159 stands as mandatory. Students who achieve scores above 150 in TS ICET 2024 have higher chances of making it through top colleges in the state. A rank ranging from 101 to 500 can also be considered above average and to secure this rank candidates must have obtained a score ranging from 120 to 149.

Typically, the cutoff for General Category candidates is higher owing to high competition. A rank within the top 500-1000 is often considered good for university colleges like Osmania University, Kakatiya University, and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. This typically requires a score ranging from 110 to 119. Colleges like BV Raju Institute of Technology, Aurora's PG College, Satavahana College, and others usually accept candidates with ranks ranging from 1000-5000. 

The TS ICET exam 2024 will be conducted by the Kakatiya University on June 5 & 6, 2024, in two slots. MBA Admission in Telangana without TS ICET 2024 Score is provided through the direct admission process. For Direct admission, candidates must have earned a Bachelor’s degree over a minimum duration of 3 to 4 years with a minimum aggregate score ranging from 50% to 60%. The TS ICET 2024 application form correction window was made available from May 17 to May 20, 2024.
