Indian Maritime University Diploma in Nautical Science leading to B.Sc. (Applied Nautical Science) Eligibility Criteria

To pursue a Diploma degree at Indian Maritime University (IMU) Chennai, candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria. Firstly, applicants should have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Additionally, they must have obtained at least 50% marks in English in either class 10th or 12th. As for age limit, candidates should be below 25 years (30 years for SC/ST) as on August 1st of the admission year. Furthermore, it is mandatory for aspirants to qualify in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by IMU to secure admission into the Diploma program.
