Every year, the Kingston College of Science admissions for UG and PG courses begin in March. Candidates who are interested in a particular course can apply online via the following process:

• The online application form can be found on the official website of the institute.

The college canteen serves delectable, healthy meals at an affordable price. There is a canteen on campus where students can relax and socialise in a large, clean, and welcoming setting. Library: The college library is the hub of all academic activity. Kingston College of Science has a computerised and climate-controlled duplex library. The reading rooms are comfortably furnished and have a capacity of over 100 customers. The library's serene atmosphere and aisles of neatly packed volumes on a variety of disciplines, supplementary reading, general reading, and personality development, among others, attract students. The library subscribes to a variety of national and international publications, magazines on current events and general interest, and national and regional dailies in order to keep students' general knowledge current.

Hostel: The College maintains a hostel that epitomises the concept of a home away from home, where students can live in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. A well-equipped boy’s hostel has been erected on the college grounds, while the female hostel is still under construction. The hostel is directly monitored by a professional warden who is accountable for maintaining order, maintaining a pleasant and clean living environment, and assuring the safety of the students. Bank Facilities: An HDFC bank ATM has been installed on campus to help students and faculty with their banking needs. Money can be put into students' accounts quickly and conveniently. Students are not obliged to carry cash because all fees and other payments are done through the bank.

The inaugural HR conclave was held in Aurangabad last year by Kingston Educational Institute. HR professionals from over 200 firms took part in the programme. For the benefit of EE and ME students, the KEI team established the OJT (ON JOB TRAINING PROGRAM). Around 100 students from diverse departments successfully completed the OJT programme in Aurangabad and the surrounding areas. The students studied difficult company scenarios and are now ready for KEI products that have been deployed in a variety of companies. In addition, for the next 10 days, the KEI core management team visited numerous surrounding enterprises to gain an understanding of the current work situation in these core industrial industries.

KEI organised the second national HR colloquium in January at the De Sovrani hotel in Kolkata, continuing the success story. "EARN WHILE YOU LEARN" was the main notion. The conclave drew a large number of well-known companies. HR and officials from Yazaki, Dhoot Transmission, Keventer, Mahindra, and Tata Motors are just a handful of the many companies there.

Finally, on May 13, 2012, the KEI group hosted the 3rd National HR conclave at Kolkata's Zone by the Park Hotel. It was also a huge success, with participants ranging from educational institutions to industry. Apart from representatives from small and medium-sized businesses, there are numerous start-up businesses that have inspired us to pursue careers as young entrepreneurs. The HR meeting's main theme was INDUSTRY-INSTITUTE PARTNERSHIP, which we were able to achieve.
