Medhavi Skills University provides scholarships to help students achieve their academic and career goals. Medhavi Skills University scholarships are awarded based on merit, such as performance on the MSU entrance test. The university also offers a limited special scholarship to students from Sikkim.

Students from Sikkim who hold a COI or who are selected from the government quota are eligible for a 30% fee waiver. Merit-based scholarships are available to students who score between 70-89% in their board exams, with a fee waiver of 10-15%. Students scoring 90% or higher receive a 20% fee waiver.
