MIT University scholarships are offered to students who have demonstrated excellent performance in academics and sports and who wish to contribute to the university to support their education. 1. U Jeebon Roy Marion Scholarship

Students who have secured the top three positions in Class 12 in any recognised board and who have secured valid scores in JEE (Mains) are eligible for this scholarship. 2. Skendrowell Syiemlieh Scholarship

This is amerit cum means scholarship awarded to Class 12 pass students who have secured a minimum of 90% marks in physics, chemistry, maths group or a minimum of 80% marks in arts or commerce group from any recognised board. 5. U Kiang Nangbah scheme 

This NIT University scheme is a teaching scheme applicable to students who have demonstrated excellent academic performance and are interested in contributing to the university. The student has to work for a specific number of hours per month in assisting teaching and development activities of the university.

6. U Soso Tham scheme 

MIT University's research assistance scheme known as U Soso Tham is for students who have shown excellent academic performance and are willing to contribute to the university. The student is expected to work a specific number of hours per month in helping the research and development activities of the university.

7. Pa Togan Nengminza scheme 

This is a scheme applicable to students who are willing to contribute to the university in some way to earn to support their education. The student is expected to work for a given number of hours per week and per month in assisting in the research and development activities conducted at the university.
