NIT Agartala BTech admission is based on JEE Main score and the National Testing Agency (NTA) released the JEE Main 2024 Session 2 result on April 24 for Paper 1 along with scores. To view or download the result, students will need to use their JEE Main session 2 application number, date of birth and security pin to login. NIT Agartala cutoff 2024 for BTech may be released in the second week of June 2024 (expected). Out of 57 topper students (gender wise) in JEE Main 2024 session 2 paper one, two were female, one was third gender and the remaining 54 students were male.
National Institute of Technology Agartala is one of the popular higher education institutes in the field of science and technology. It was founded in 1965 and was earlier known as Tripura Engineering College and was declared an NIT in the year 2006. NIT Agartala is being recognised as an institute of national importance by an act of the parliament. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). NIT Agartala is ranked 91 in the top engineering colleges in the NIRF ranking 2023. NIT Agartala NIRF ranking was 80th in 2022 for engineering colleges in India.
NIT Agartala believes in the holistic development of its students. It believes in providing students with a blend of practical and academic knowledge. The NIT Agartala campus has all the facilities such as hostels, a cafeteria, a library, computer labs, and ATMs. National Institute of Technology Agartala has collaborations with various universities abroad which provide the students and faculty with exchange programmes.
For NIT Agartala admissions to BTech courses, students need to qualify for the JEE Main exam. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2024 Session 2 results and scores. NIT Agartala admission to MTech courses is done through the GATE exam. JAM is accepted for M.Sc admissions, while NIMCET scores are applicable for MCA admissions. CAT, MAT and CMAT are accepted for MBA admissions at NIT Agartala.

NIT Agartala cutoff for 2024 is expected to be released in the second week of June 2024. Every year, JoSAA conducts the B.Tech counselling process for a total of 114 engineering colleges and institutes across the country, including NIT Agartala. As per the NIT Agartala admission criteria, those candidates who meet the courses-specific cut off marks are offered admission to its various B.Tech programmes.

Overall: Excellent college teaching is very good . i am proud to be a part of this collage . our college has a big campus many teachers of different course also .
Overall: My college is very good.it provides a very well environment for not only studying but also for extra curricular activities. It's one of the best engineering college in North East.
Placement: Talking about the placement. We can see a decent placement. Well known companies like TCS, Wipro, Bajaj etc comes. And big big companies like Google and Microsoft also comes.
Infrastructure: It provides a better infrastructure as compared to other colleges. Also the campus area is so beautiful. The modernize infrastructure and it's design.
Faculty: The faculty members are very supportive. They are qualified from various well known universities. They have very good experience about teaching the students.
Overall: It's very good college with average placement and best college life with maximum clubs opportunities and honestly one of the top universities in India
Placement: Placement for many of the branches like CSE and EI and EE and ECE they will get a good opportunity to place in the placement history soo for remaining branches they have very less opportunity in placement
Infrastructure: Coming to college infrastructure it's not that good but overall we will have a average infrastructure and with greenery everywhere and proudly say it's best college
Faculty: Faculty will play a major role in our college life in our college I think we have the best faculty all over they are too caring with great knowledge in subjects
Hostel: Hostel infrastructure is the best and in most of the cases it's better then college infrastructure and coming to the food it's not good they should improve the food
