The fee structure for the twenty-five percent of the students who are domicile of Haryana shall be based on merit-cum-means and be as follows:  

• On-fifth of the twenty-five percent shall be granted full fee concession.  
• Two-fifth of the twenty-five percent shall be granted fifty percent fee concession.  
• The balance two-fifths of the twenty-five percent shall be granted a twenty-five percent fee concession.
