The college campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled, providing students with easy internet access. It also boasts of a gymkhana that students can use for both indoor and outdoor games like Badminton,  Kabaddi, Volleyball, Carom boards, Basketball, Cricket, Table Tennis, Football, etc. Hostel facility with three buildings for girls and one for boys is also available. Even though the hostel has a mess, a canteen is also situated near the hostels for students to enjoy snacks at subsidized rates. A computerized central library with a large collection of reference books, textbooks, technical journals and educational DVDs and CDs is also present for the students of RSCOE. Apart from all this, the college also provides visual classroom for students where live video lectures from specialists can be enjoyed.

The Institute offers hostel accommodation to both girls and boys located at southern end of the campus. It comprises three buildings for girls and one for boys. Hostel fee is based on three seater rooms or two seater rooms including electricity charges. Hostel is provided with three common kitchen cum mess units for girl students. The mess serves vegetarian and non-vegetarian food and the unit is operated under the management of 5 member student mess council. Students staying in the hostel have to necessarily take their food in the Hostel Mess only. Every member of the hostel is provided with basic amenities like cot, table, chair, ceiling fan, cupboard. Each hostel is equipped with solar water heating system. Common room facilities with Cable TV and telephone are available in each hostel building. High speed Wi-Fi Internet connectivity is available within hostel premises. We have canteen facility also within the hostel premises. Alongwith all these facilities, strict security is provided 24*7.
