Regent Education and Research Foundation WBJEE Cutoff 2024 (Expected)

Regent Education and Research Foundation cutoff 2024 based on WBJEE 2024 will be released on the official website of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) around the month of July. The WBJEE results will be announced in May 2024 (tentatively). Based on the Regent Education and Research Foundation cutoff from previous years, interested candidates can get an idea of the expected cutoff for various categories. Analysing the previous year's data the Regent Education and Research Foundation cutoff for B.Tech in Computer Science can be between 91257 - 98633 on WBJEE seats and 924510 - 986754 on JEE Main seats in the Open, All India category in 2024. For the B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering programme, candidates should aim to obtain a rank between 44582 and 57985 from the Open, All India category on the WBJEE seat at the Regent Education and Research Foundation. Similarly, for B.Tech in Civil Engineering, the expected cutoff ranges from 386524 to 457152 for the Open, All India category students on JEE Main seats.

Regent Education and Research Foundation Cutoff Trends

Regent Education and Research Foundation cutoff trends have been given below, based on the previous three year's data. For B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering shows a decrease from 49183 in 2021 to 73281 in 2022 and then to 941055 in 2023 for the General category in round 1. For B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, the cutoff trend increased from 62202 in 2021 to 60908 in 2022. However, the Regent Education and Research Foundation cutoff for B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering, cutoff saw a downward trend with 63704 in 2021 to 78408 in 2022. From the data given below, we can easily see that the cutoff trend experienced by different courses is mixed i.e. for some courses the cutoff trend is upward and for others it is downward.   • Regent Education and Research Foundation cutoff for the B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering course went down by 24098 ranks from 49183 in 2021 to 73281 in 2022 and by 8,67,774 ranks from 73281 in 2022 to 941055 in 2023 for the General category students in round 1.
  • In the case of the B.Tech in Electrical Engineering course, the Regent Education and Research Foundation cutoff saw an upward trend i.e. the cutoff increased by 4,738 ranks from 56566 in 2021 to 51828 in 2022 and then by 12,553 ranks in the year 2023 for the General category.
  • The cutoff trend for the B.Tech in Civil Engineering course went down by 3,51,558 ranks from 71522 in 2022 to 409253 in 2023 for the General category students.
