The documents required to fill out the application form include the Class 10th Mark Sheet, Class 12th Mark Sheet, UG Mark Sheet/ Certificate, Valid ID Proof such as Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card/ Voter ID/ Driving License, Category/ Caste Certificate (if applicable).
