Aspirants appearing for the UPSC CSE 2024 must adhere to the UPSC CSE Prelims 2024 Exam Day Instructions for a smooth examination experience. The Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) was established in 1943 under the Delhi University Act. Under NCWEB, girl students have an option to study undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the designated NCWEB Teaching Centres that have been approved by Delhi University.
