To pursue a Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) degree at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) Vellore, candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria. Applicants should possess a Master's degree in the relevant field from a recognized university or institute. They should have secured a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 6.75 on a 10-point scale or equivalent, or a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
