Students planning to take this entrance exam are advised to check out the complete eligibility criteria before applying. It is advised that only students who meet these basic requirements as prescribed by the conducting body must apply for AP ADCET by filling out the AP ADCET application form. After the application process, the ineligible application forms will not be accepted. Students should have passed their class 12th in any group (MPC/ MEC/ BiPC/ MBiPC/ CEC/ HEC (or) equivalent etc.) to be eligible for the AP ADCET exam. Candidates applying for the AP ADCET entrance exam must note that this exam is to grant admission in BFA and BDes courses. Though the courses are different, the eligibility criteria are the same for them. Check out the detailed criteria below:

Students must also select their AP ADCET exam centre preference while filling out the application form.
According to the reservation criteria of the AP ADCET exam, among the sanctioned seats across each course around 85% of seats are reserved for the local students of Andhra Pradesh coming from the 13 districts of AP. The remaining 15% of seats are reserved for local/non-local students based on the merit score.
The 15% of seats for non-local students are said to not exceed this ratio. The reserved categories in this 15% seats include BC, OC, PH, SC, CAP, ECA and ST. Refer to the category-wise reserved seats for the 85% of seats for the local students of AP:
