• A confirmation email and text message will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number. It will have your Registration ID and Password.

• After that, click on the 'Next' tab and it will redirect you to the next step i.e. uploading of documents.

Uploading the Documents:

• In this step, you have to upload scanned images of your recent passport-sized photograph in the prescribed format.

Specification for Photograph Image:

• Recent passport size Photograph in coloured format.

• Make ensure that the photograph is coloured, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white, background.

• The dimensions of the photograph are 200 x 230 pixels and the size of the file should be between 20KB–50KB.

Specification for Signature Image:

The candidate has to sign on white paper with a black ink pen.

• The signature should be signed only by the candidate and not by any other person.

• The dimensions of the signature are 140 X 60 pixels and the size of the file should be between 10KB – 20KB.

• Make ensure that the size of the scanned image does not exceed more than 20KB

• The signature in CAPITAL letters will not be accepted.

Filling up personal and educational details:

• Now, in this step, you have to select the post applied for i.e, Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales).

• After that, you have to select your category and provide information related to the official language and enter the class 10 marks.
