IISER Aptitude Test 2023 concluded on 17 June 2023. The mode of the exam was online where candidates had to answer multiple choice-based questions. Four options were provided out of which candidates had to choose the correct one. A total of 60 questions were asked from 4 sections- Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. For each correct answer, 3 marks will be awarded and 1 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer. The total duration of the exam was 180 minutes. • The overall difficulty level of the IISER Question Paper 2023 was Moderate to Difficult. The most difficult paper was Biology.
• The questions were conceptual based.
• The questions came from Mock Test also.
• The Chemistry sections had questions from both Organic and Inorganic. There were no questions from Physical Chemistry.
• The Biology has mostly 12th level questions.
• Physics had more of a theory based questions as compared to numerical type questions.
• Maths level was not that tough. Questions were based on relations and functions, reasoning, etc
