NEET UG Exam 2024 City Intimation Slip: The National Testing Agency is expected to release the NEET UG exam 2024 city intimation slip soon. The official date for the release of the same has not been announced, however, it is generally released 15 days before the examination. As the NEET UG 2024 examination is scheduled to be held on May 5, candidates can expect the city intimation slip to be by April 20 or by April 22, 2024. Once released, candidates will be able to check and download the slip at exams.nta.ac.in. The city intimation slip will be made accessible under the login dashboard. To check the slip, applicants will be required to enter their application number, date of birth, and security pin. 

Candidates must note that the NEET 2024 city intimation slip for UG courses will be made available on the portal before the admit card. The slip will include information such as:

• NTA NEET registration number
• Applicant’s name
• Father’s name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• PwD status
• NEET 2024 exam date
• Medium of question
• Exam city
• Exam state 

By knowing the exam centre in advance, candidates can make travel arrangements at the earliest. Candidates will be assigned seats based on their preferences (city code) marked while filling out NEET UG 2024 application form. Candidates were permitted to mention two city preferences in the registration form. While NTA will try its best, in any case, if the seats are filled, then candidates can be given allotment to another centre which is not one of their preferences. All in all, NEET UG 2024 examination will be held in 554 exam centres in India, and 14 outside India. 

After the city intimation slip is released, NEET UG 2024 admit card will be issued on the portal. Candidates CANNOT use city intimation slip in place of admit cards as they are not the same. While NEET UG 2024 city intimation slip will include information like exam city and state, the NEET UG 2024 admit card will include more specific information such as exam centre name, and address. Furthermore, exam-day guidelines will also be included. Hence carrying the exam city slip on the test day will not be sufficient for verification. NEET UG 2024 hall ticket is a very essential document and must be brought on the test day without fail to be allowed to appear for the examination.
