All civil services aspirants can register for the exam until March 5, 2024. UPSC has activated the direct link on its official portal at upsc.gov.in. UPSC CSE 2024 Registration: Steps to Apply
As mentioned in the UPSC Notification 0224, candidates can refer to the steps mentioned below to complete the registration process:
Step 1: The official website for UPSC CSE application 2024 is upsconline.nic.in.
Step 2: Each candidate needs to register himself through the One Time Registration (OTR) process before filling the Civil Services examination.
Step 3: Fill out the basic information in the OTR form and verify the contact number and email ID to complete.
Step 4: UPSC will send a Candidate ID and password that will be valid for all future application forms.
Step 5: Visit the application form on the official website.
Step 6: Select the option ’Examinations’ on the home page.
Step 7: Click on the link ‘Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2024 to proceed.
Step 8: Log in with the candidate credentials created earlier.
Step 9: Fill out the UPSC Civil Services Prelims Form 2024.
Step 10: Upload the required documents of qualification and identity.
Step 11: Pay the UPSC CSE Application Fee 2024 as per your category in online mode. There is no application fee for SC/ ST/ Female/ PwD while the application fee for UR/ General/ Others is Rs 100/-
