For the Dravidian University admission to MBA and MCA programmes, the last date to apply for the AP ICET 2023 exam is April 19, 2023. The exam will be conducted on May 24 and 25, 2023, in an online mode. For B.Ed admission, the AP EDCET 2023 registration will close on April 23, 2023. The exam will be conducted on May 20, 2023. The exams will be conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). Dravidian University Kuppam is an inter-state institution and is accredited by the NAAC with a B grade. The university is also approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC). 

The university offers courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and, research levels. Distance learning courses are also available at the university. Some of the popular courses are MBA, BBA, MA, BA, B.Sc, M.Sc, and, B.Ed. For admission to the Dravidian University courses, the university accepts the AP EDCET and AP ICET exams. Apart from this, it also conducts the Dravidian University Common Entrance Test (DUCET) for admission to postgraduate courses like MA, M.Com, M.Sc, MSW, etc. 

The university is ranked in the band 151-200 by the NIRF. The placement rate at the university is 70% and the average package offered is Rs 3 lakh per annum. Various scholarships are also provided to students like the Junior Research Fellowship and Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship. These are applicable to the Dravidian University fee structure. The university was established in 1997 and is located in Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh.
