AKTU Withholds Semester Results of 109 Affiliated Colleges

AKTU, also known asAbdul Kalam Technical Universityhas not declared the semester results of109 affiliated colleges. These colleges failed to pay the examination fees to the varsity, and the authorities of varsity have withheld the results. Unless the colleges clear the existing dues, AKTU will not declare the results of semester exams.

Recently, AKTU published the results ofVII semester engineering course. The controller of examinations announced that the pending semester results will be announced soon. However, the colleges that are yet to pay the dues will not be able to access the results.

Many colleges have collected the exam fees from students. These colleges do not pay the exam fees to varsity on time. Due to the delay in paying the exam fees, the varsity has been facing difficulties in conducting exams with its limited resources. Therefore, the authorities of AKTU have cautioned colleges to pay exam fees on time. Students will suffer due to the irresponsible nature of the colleges, mentioned AKTU administration.

Recently,AKTU collaborated with NASSCOM to offer employability oriented coursessuch as ‘Associate-Analytics’and ‘Analyst Application Security’. These courses develop skills that are necessary for the industry.

Googleis also expected to grant Rs. 65 lakh for a major research work of AKTU .Centre for Advanced Studiesof AKTU will get the grant for conducting research. Soon, Google will set up a ‘Coding Lab’ at AKTU Lucknow campus.
