Amrita University to fill 70% B.Tech Seats through AEEE 2026; List of courses offered by Coimbatore campus
Amrita University is set to fill 70% of the total B.Tech seats through AEEE 2026. The remaining 30% seats will be filled through JEE Mains 2026. Students can either choose one of them or both during the registration process
Amrita University will conduct the Amrita Entrance Examination for Engineering or AEEE 2026 for Engineering admission. The University typically uses AEEE or JEE Mains qualifications for admission eligibility. Students who wish to apply for B.Tech admissions at the same University may choose AEEE 2026 or JEE Mains 2026 qualification as their ground for eligibility. One can also choose both at the same time while registering for the admission process. The Amrita University will fill 70% B.Tech seats through the AEEE 2026 and the remaining 30% B.Tech seats through JEE Mains 2026. The seats will be distributed among the candidates based on their qualifications during the centralised seat allotment process.

The AEEE 2026 Exam for Phase 1 will be held from January 29 to February 1, 2025. The application fee for selecting AEEE and JEE Mains individually is Rs 1,300/- and Rs 500/-, respectively. The application fee for selecting both of them is Rs 1,300/-.
