• Enter your registration number, date of birth, payment reference ID, mobile number, and qualifying examination hall ticket number.
• Now press the "Proceed to fill application" button.
• The application form will appear for you to make changes.
• Do the necessary changes.
• Click on "Submit" after rechecking the form.
• Download and print it out for future reference.

Apart from the student's name, stream, date of birth, father's name, signature, photograph, and qualifying exam hall ticket number, every other detail can be rectified.
