AP ECET Spot Admission 2025 Dates Released: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education has announced the AP ECET 2025 spot admission schedule along with detailed guidelines for candidates. According to the notification, internal sliding within colleges will take place on October 1, 2025. Following this, individual colleges will release their vacancy notifications on October 2, 2025. To fill the remaining vacant seats, spot admissions will be conducted from October 3 to 5, 2025. Candidates are advised to carefully follow the instructions and ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before participating.

AP ECET Spot Admission 2025: Important Instructions
Here are the following instructions for the candidates who are willing to join under AP ECET Spot Admission 2025:
- Only candidates who have not yet taken admission are eligible. No one will be allowed for spot admission without showing their original certificates.
- Vacant seats will be filled first with candidates who are qualified in the APECET 2025 and have a valid rank. After that, candidates who passed a Diploma or B.Sc. with at least 45% marks (for OC) and 40% marks (for BC/SC/ST) will be considered.
- Only those who meet the Local/Non-Local status rules will be given admission.
- Candidates who completed their diploma in another state can still attend spot admissions if either parent has lived in Andhra Pradesh for at least 10 years.
- If a candidate has a diploma from a board other than the State Board of Technical Education, A.P., they must get an equivalency certificate from A.P. SBTET before getting admission.
- Candidates who did not qualify in APECET and hold a diploma in Electronics and Instrumentation or Applied Electronics and Instrumentation cannot be admitted into the ECE branch at the degree level. This rule follows Government Orders. However, there are no such restrictions for candidates from other diploma streams.
