Once the allotment is published, candidates must download both the seat allotment and self-reporting orders from the official website. Candidates who are satisfied with the allotted seat are required to pay the tuition fee mentioned in the allotment order. The payment can be made through credit card, debit card, or net banking, and must be done using the bank account of the candidate’s parent or guardian. This is crucial, as any applicable refunds will be credited back to the same account. It is also important to retain the transaction receipt number, which must be presented at the time of reporting to the allotted institution.
Following the payment, candidates must physically report to their allotted colleges between September 19 and September 22, 2025. During this reporting window, candidates who intend to retain their seat but also wish to participate in the next round of counselling may report without submitting their original certificates. However, those who opt for the freeze option must submit all the required original documents along with two sets of photocopies. Candidates are advised to carefully follow the instructions and deadlines to ensure smooth admission and avoid any disqualification.
