AP Pharma Counselling from July 15

The Andhra Pradesh Pharma counselling for the candidates who have qualified inEAMCET(Bi.Pc) examination will commence from15-July-2016.TheEAMCET(Bi.Pc) examination was held on 15-May-2016. The examination is conducted every year for admission into pharmacy courses in various colleges of Andhra Pradesh.

This year, a total number of90,114students took the exam out of which75,681students have qualified in the examination. The verification of certificates will commence from15-July-2016and will continue till17-July-2016. The process of choosing web options will also be done simultaneously with the verification of certificates and will end on18-July-2016. The seats will be allotted on20-July-2016. The counselling will be conducted across 13 helpline centres of Andhra Pradesh. The candidates can attend the counselling at any of the helpline centres.

There are80 B.Pharmacy Collegesin Andhra Pradesh which are offering a total number of2,060seats under convenor quota. There are30 D.Pharmacy Collegesin AP which is offering a total number of330seats under convenor quota. Only42seats are available forBiotechnology. The government has also hiked the fee for pharmacy courses recently.
