CAT 2025 Admit Card Postponed; New date announced
The release of the CAT 2025 Admit Card has been delayed by IIM Kozhikode to November 12, 2025. Candidates can download their admit cards from iimcat.ac.in using their login ID and password until November 30, 2025.
CAT 2025 Admit Card Delayed: The release of the CAT 2025 Admit Card has been delayed. IIM Kozhikode announced that the release of admit cards has been extended further. Earlier, the admit cards would be accessible from November 5, 2025, but the new release date has been postponed to November 12, 2025 , due to administrative reasons. Candidates who have registered can download a soft copy and take a print of their admit card from the official site iimcat.ac.in, once it is released.
In an official announcement, IIM Kozhikode has said, "The admit cards for
2.95 lakh eligible candidates
have been generated and can be downloaded only from the CAT website by using the CAT application registered user ID and password from
November 12 to November 30, 2025
.” The institute has also requested the aspirants to check all the information given on their hall ticket immediately after downloading the same.

The CAT admit card 2025 is one of the most important documents for appearing in the Common Admission Test. The hall ticket contains the name of the candidate, registration number, the candidate’s photograph and signature, the address of the examination centre, date and time of the examination, and some important instructions to be followed on the day of the examination. Candidates are advised to bring a printout of this Admit Card and a valid photo identity proof (Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) to the centre. Without these documents, entry will not be permitted.
The CAT 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on November 30, 2025 , in multiple sessions at various test centres across India. The test evaluates the candidates' proficiency in Quantitative Ability (QA), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC). The CAT 2025 result will be announced in the 2nd week of January 2026 .
