CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Paper:The CBSE Class 12 Physical Education syllabus 2025-26 is meant to assess students on their theoretical as well as practical knowledge. The subject carries atotal of 100 marks, out of which70 marksare for thetheoryexamination and30 marks are for practical/internal assessment. The theory is divided into10 chapters(units), and Inclusive Physical Education. Each chapter has its own weightage, which helps students to give priority to important units while preparing. The paper comprises a variety of questions from MCQs, Short Answer Questions (SAQ), Long Answer Questions (LAQ), to Case study based questions, which assess the conceptual clarity and application of the skills. The practical part evaluates students on body fitness tests, yogic practices, record files, viva voce, proficiency on specific sport, and some other aspects. In all, the chapter-wise marks distribution promotes holistic learning and motivates the students to concentrate on theoretical as well as physical aspects to succeed in the board exam.
