Chalapathi Engineering College Gives Prathibha Awards to Students

Chalapathi Engineering College organized Prathibha awards ceremony on 28-May-2016. The college awards meritorious and outstanding students of the with Prathibha award every year. The chief guests of the occasion were Former MLC, Mr. KS Lakshmana Rao, Director of APSSDC, K. Lakshmi Narayana and K Sambasiva Rao, Rector, Acharya Nagarjuna University.

Addressing the students KS Lakshmana Rao said, “It is a great honor for the students to receive Prathibha awards. The title itself shows that these awards are given to the meritorious and outstanding students. Now a days most of the engineering graduates of Andhra Pradesh are opting software jobs after the graduation and not showing much interest in Civils examination. It is good to see meritorious students to take part in civils as they are talented”. He motivated the students to take Civils as the career option.

Director of APSSDC said, “Chalapathi Engineering College makes the students capable of excelling in any field. They not only teach academics but also moral values and playing an important role in the overall development of students. The college management is very supportive to its students and encourages them to take part in various activities which develop their knowledge”.

The chief guests awarded Prathibha awards to the students. A total number of 45 students received awards. Students thanked the college management for their motivation and support.
