CLAT 2026 Application Form to be Closed on October 31
The Consortium of National Law Universities will close the CLAT 2026 application form on October 31, 2025, on the official website. Before filling out the application form, the candidates should meet the eligibility criteria.
CLAT 2026 Application Form Closing Date: The Consortium of National Law Universities will close the CLAT 2026 application form on October 31, 2025, in two days. Candidates who have yet to participate in the CLAT 2026 application form fill-up process should visit the official website— consortiumofnlus.ac.in —and complete the registration before the last date. The candidates who have qualified Class 10+2 or an equivalent exam with 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) can participate in the CLAT application form fill-up process.
While filling out the CLAT applicationform, the candidates should enter a list of preferred exam centres as per their preferences. However, the final exam centre allotment will be done by the authority only. Before submitting the CLAT application form, the candidates should pay Rs 4000 (Rs 3500 for SC/ST/BPL/PwD candidates) as the registration fee. Note that once the registration fees are paid, the amount will not be refunded or adjusted. Post that, the authority will release the CLAT 2026 admit card for the successfully registered candidates, tentatively in the middle of November, on the official website. As per the schedule, the CLAT 2026 exam will be held on December 7, 2025.

During the CLAT registration process, the candidates should upload a list of required documents as per the specifications. Along with it, the candidates should also upload their signature and photograph. More specifically, the candidates should upload their front-facing passport-sized and recent photograph with a plain background. Also, the reserved category candidates should upload their category certificate. Note that the candidates should not attest to the photograph and signature while uploading the same. The certificate should be uploaded only in the PDF format. Candidates should take a printout of the CLAT application form after submitting it, for future reference.
