Candidates who have registered for the counselling process must complete their option form submission by this time to ensure consideration for seat allocation. Those who fail to exercise their preferences, their registration form cancelled for the following counselling rounds. To participate, candidates must log in to the csab.nic.in , where they will need to provide their JEE Main application number, password, and security pin.

Candidates must verify seat availability in their preferred colleges and prioritize their options accordingly, arranging them in descending order of preference. Entering multiple courses and college choices is recommended to increase the likelihood of securing at least one allotment. Following the closure of the choice filling portal, eligible candidates will undergo data reconciliation on August 8 at 5 PM. Subsequently, the seat allotment for the special round will be announced on August 9, 2025, at 5 PM.
If candidates face any issue with filling up the option form, they must contact the conducting authority immediately for assistance, as once the portal closes, it won’t be reopened under any circumstances. Candidates must be careful with their entries as they won’t be able to edit their choices after submission.
