CSAB Choice Filling 2025 Last Date Approaching: The CSAB Special Round Choice Filling 2025 process, conducted by the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB), is set to conclude on August 7, 2025, at 8 PM. Candidates who have registered for the CSAB Special Round counselling must complete and lock their choices for colleges and branches by the deadline on the official website- csab.nic.in. Aspirants with valid JEE Main 2025 ranks need to log in using their application number and password, select institutes and programs in order of preference, and lock choices before the deadline.
Round 1 seat allotment will be published on August 9 at 5 PM, followed by online reporting and willingness submission (Freeze/Float/Slide/Surrender/Withdraw) from August 9 to 12. Those who are not allotted a seat in Round 1 or are dissatisfied can choose to participate in subsequent rounds.

- Once validated via OTP sent to your registered mobile number, your choices will be unlocked, and you can rearrange the list.
- Fill as many choices as possible in order of preference, regardless of current vacancy status, since some seats may open later during allotment.
- The choice-filling interface features two panes: the left displays available institute-program options, and the right shows your selected preferences.
- You can add, delete, move up/down, and save your choices on the portal only.
- Saving is mandatory before locking; otherwise, your latest entries may not be retained.
