The Central Seat Allocation Board will release the CSAB mock allotment 2025 on August 3. This allotment will purely be tentative, and gives a basic idea to applicants on the real seat allotment result that will be released on August 9.

. As per the official time, the authority will release the CSAB mock allotment 2025 at
10 AM
on the official website-
csab.nic.in
. Based on the choices filled by the candidates, the authority will release the CSAB mock allotment result. The CSAB counselling is conducted to fill out the rest of the vacancies of the participating colleges after
JoSAA counselling
. The allotment is also purely subject to the
CSAB Vacant Seats 2025
that were released on August 30.

After that, the candidates who are not satisfied with the CSAB mock round allotment can edit the choices and lock them before August 7, 2025 (till 8 PM) . To edit the choices, the candidates should visit the official website on or before the last date. Post that, no further requests regarding the same will be entertained. Note that while editing the choices, the candidates should refer to the number of vacant seats in their preferred colleges and last year’s academic program-wise cutoff, so that the candidates will get a tentative idea about their chances to secure a seat in their preferred colleges. Also, during this period, no candidates will be allowed to enter any fresh choices. Only the modifications can be made if required.
Once the modifications are made, the candidates should lock the choices; otherwise, the same will be automatically locked by the authority. Next, on August 9, 2025 , the authority will release the CSAB seat allotment result 2025. To prepare the CSAB Special round 1 seat allotment result, the authority will consider the edited choices and their rank obtained in the JEE Main exam.
