The vacancy release will be based on the availability of seats for each candidate and their prioritized preferences for the CACB special 2025 counselling process. The registration, payment of the special round enrollment fee, and choice filling will commence on July 30, 2025, at 10 AM and conclude on August 2, 2025, by 5 PM. Subsequently, the mock seat allotment will be released on August 3, 2025, at 10 AM, taking into account the web options submitted by candidates, seat availability in participating colleges, and marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
It is pertinent to note that the availability of vacancies will reduce after each round of the CSAB special 2025 counselling process, as several seats will be occupied by candidates during the admission round. The CSAB special counselling will comprise three rounds. If vacancies persist after the completion of these rounds, a P1 reporting, or spot round, will be conducted to fill the remaining vacancies with candidates who were not allotted seats in the preceding three rounds.
