• 10th Standard (any subjects) passing Certificate from a recognised board

• 12th Standard (10+2) Passing Certificate from a recognised board

• Graduation certificate with mark sheets for all years in B.Sc Nursing from a recognised university OR

• A course completion certificate in GNM from a recognised institute
