Admission Notice -Gauhati Medical College Announces Admission Notice for the Academic Session - 2016-2017

Gauhati Medical College, Gauhati invites applications from eligible candidates for admission into the D.M and M.Ch. degree courses in the under mentioned Super Speciality disciplines.

How to Apply-

Application forms may be downloaded from the University website from 3rd June onwards. All necessary information related to the admission procedure will be available in the information brochure for Admission into Post Doctoral (D.M and M.Ch) Degree Courses in Gauhati Medical College, Gauhati, Assam which can be downloaded from university website along with the application form. Filled in application form along with necessary enclosures and bank Draft/Banker’s Cheque of Rs. 5000/- drawn in favour of ‘Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences’ payable at SBI, GMC Branch, Guwahati, must reach the Office of the Principal, Gauhati Medical College, Narakasur Hilltop, Bhangagarh, Guwahati- 781032 on or before the last date of submission of application form.

Important Date-

Last Date of submission of application form is 13th June, 2016 (upto 5 p.m). Application reaching after last date will not be accepted.

Admit cards will be available on 20th June, 2016 during the office hours and can be colleceted by the candidate or by person duly authorised by him/her.

About the Entrance Test-

The Entrance Examination will consist of a Written Test of 100 MCQs on concerned subject and candidates selected in the written test will have to appear in the Departmental Clinical Assessment for final selection.

Written test will be held on 21st and 22nd June, 2016 and Departmental Clinical Assessment will be held on 26th June, 2016.
