Government Dental College Organize Guest Lecture

Government Dental College, Vijayawada organized a guest lecture on “New Techniques in Root Canal Treatment” at college seminar hall on 24-March-2016. The guest lecture was delivered by Acharya Dr.Jayadev, Hyderabad Paneeya Dental College. Addressing the students he said, “Root canal treatment has been undergoing a lot of changes. A lot of research has been done for the past one year regarding the teeth filling”. He opined that the present root canal treatment doesn’t give scope for teeth filling for a long term. He felt that within one year there would be a lot of developments in the root canal treatment. He motivated the students to take part in practical actively with utmost concentration.

Students also spoke about the theme through power point presentations. The chief guest was felicitated by the college management. The guest lecture was attended by Dr.Sunil, Cibar Dental Hospital, Vijayawada. D.Sirisha, Gitam University, faculty, students, print and electronic media.
