Candidates need to enter their login details, i.e. registered email ID and password, to view and download the hall ticket. The hall ticket will contain essential details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam date, venue, and instructions for the exam day. Without an admit card and a valid photo ID proof, no candidates will be allowed to enter the exam hall on the day of the exam.

Aspirants should verify all the details on the hall ticket carefully and report any discrepancies to the university authorities immediately. It is also advised to keep multiple copies of the hall ticket for future reference. The entrance test for the Gujarat University Ph.D Entrance Exam 2025 will be conducted on August 12 from 12 PM to 2 PM. Candidates are allowed to report any discrepancy in the question paper in writing at K.S. School of Business Management, Gujarat University, on the exam day till 4 PM.
