IIM Raipur Celebrates 16 Years of Excellence: Highest package record at 43.4 LPA

IIM Raipur Celebrates 16 Years of Excellence: The Indian Institute of Management, Raipur, celebrated its 16th Foundation Day on October 11, 2025, as the pioneer of educational excellence and leadership in innovation and management education. Prof. Bharat Bhasker, the Director of IIM Ahmedabad, was presented there as a guest speaker of the event. Mr. Sambasivan G, CFO, Tata Play, and Mr. Rajeev Jain, the Senior Vice President of the Corporate Marketing of DS Group, were also present. Through the event, the Institute felicitated the IIM Raipur’s faculty and staff members, and they received the Certificates of Appreciation for their dedicated services over the years. Also, the PhD scholars were acknowledged for their academic excellence in the event.
Prof. Bharat Bhasker stated the significance of technological fluency along with human-centric leadership. On the other hand, Mr. Sambasivan G mentioned the rising demand for multi-disciplinary as well as agile thinking in the corporate decision-making process. On the other hand, Mr.Rajeev Jain highlights how consumer-centricity and brand storytelling have reshaped the marketing strategy in the fast-changing world.
The Institute has been experiencing 88% growth in its student base, and the event will reflect the educational journey of IIM Raipur for shaping the future workforce. As per the placement drive of 2025, one final year student of the IIM Raipur was offered 43.4 LPA CTC; whereas the average and median CTC were 19.7 LPA and 18.5 LPA, respectively. The Institute has also established international collaborations, as well as in the final phase of AACSB International Collaborations, which reflects the commitment to delivering world-class management education.
The IIM Raipur aims to expand its academic portfolio with the introduction of the new MBA and executive MBA programs, the establishment of the dedicated Entrepreneurship Centre, the setting up of Research and Excellence Centres, and strengthening the Incubation Centre for fostering innovation, research, and growth.
