- After completing the online form, the applicant must carry a hard copy of the application, State Bank Collect receipt, a recent photograph, and self-attested copies of all relevant certificates during the written test/interview.
- Candidates applying under SW (Sponsored), IS (Institute Staff), or DF (Defence Forces) categories must also bring additional forms, the last three months’ salary slips, and the employer’s PAN card.
