The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) to release the Round 1 seat allotment for WBJEE 2025 on
September 3, 2025
. Candidates who have been allotted seats must pay the seat acceptance fee and report to their allotted colleges between September 3 and September 7, 2025. The payment of the fee is mandatory, and failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat. All candidates must carry all required documents in original and xerox copies while reporting. Candidates are advised to follow the official instructions carefully to avoid any issues in confirming their admission.

Here are the important instructions to be followed by the candidates for the reporting process once WBJEE Counselling 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment is released:
- Candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs. 5,000 (refundable) online through the official WBJEE portal. It is advised to verify the exact fee amount before making the payment and to keep a copy of the payment receipt for future reference.
- Failure to pay the acceptance fee within the deadline will lead to the cancellation of the allotted seat. The amount paid will be adjusted against tuition fees at the allotted institute during admission.
