IPE Weightage in AP EAPCET 2026:The Intermediate Public Examination (IPE) weightage plays a vital role in calculating the rank in the AP EAPCET exam. Already, the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has confirmed that the 25% weightage of IPE will be considered for AP EAPCET 2026 rank calculation. Though the rank will not solely depend on the IPE weightage, the 75% weightage will also depend on the AP EAPCET score. As per the weightage analysis, the candidates should get at least 45% aggregate in group subjects, MPC, or BiPC subjects. The reserved category candidates should obtain at least 40% aggregate marks. Note that if the candidates fail to meet these minimum requirements, then they will be ineligible for the EAPCET entrance admission.

Note that the marks obtained in Languages will not be considered for analyzing the AP EAPCET rank. As per the experts, obtaining 95% in IPE will be considered a safe score. Since the Board exams are descriptive and predictable, it is easier to score a high percentage in IPE.
Also, experts suggest that the candidates should focus heavily on IPE Calculus, Algebra, and Vectors, Core concepts from Mechanics and Thermodynamics, and organic and Inorganic reactions from textbooks to score well in the MPC and BPC exams.
The Candidates who are willing to appear for the AP EAPCET 2026 exam should fill out the application form on or beforeMarch 7, 2026 (without a late fee). As per the schedule, the AP EAPCET 2026 exam will be held fromMay 12 to 20, 2026.
