JEE Main Session 2 Application Form Correction 2026 Dates Announced
NTA opened JEE Main 2026 Session 2 application correction from Feb 27 to 28, 2026, on jeemain.nta.nic.in. Students can make corrections to the editable fields. No corrections after the deadline. City intimation slip likely to be out between March 22 to 24, 2026.
JEE Main Session 2 Application Form Correction:The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the correction facility for the application form for JEE Main 2026 Session 2 to enable the candidates to make corrections in case of any errors committed during the application process. The correction facility will be available from February 27 to 28, 2026 (up to 11:50 PM), and the candidates will be able to log in to the official websitejeemain.nta.nic.into make corrections in the allowed fields of the online application form. This facility will be available for both new applicants of Session 2 and those who appeared for Session 1 and reapplied for Session 2. In case of any correction requiring a payment, the candidates will have to make the payment online through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. The NTA has clarified that no corrections will be allowed after the deadline in any case.
What Details Can Be Corrected in JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Application Form?
Applicants are permitted to make changes or corrections in certain details of the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 application form, as per NTA rules.

- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Category (General / OBC / SC / ST / EWS)
- PwD status (if applicable) (if not verified UIDI portal)
- Educational qualification details (Class 10 & 12)
- State of eligibility
- Exam city preferences (as per their permanent and present address)
- Medium of question paper
- Course selection (B.E./B.Tech or B.Arch/B.Planning)
- Photograph and signature (if correction option is enabled)

The National Testing Agency has clearly stated that some details cannot be edited during the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 correction window under any circumstances.

When will the JEE Main Session 2 City Intimation Slip be released?
The city intimation slip for the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 exam cities is likely to be released betweenMarch 22 and 24, 2026,as per the trend in the past few years, followed by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The city intimation slip is usually released 10 to 12 days prior to the start of the exam, i.e.,April 2 to 9, 2026, so that the candidates can make necessary arrangements to reach the exam center. The city intimation slip will allow the candidates to check the exam city allotted to them and the date of the exam. However, it is important to note that it is not the admit card. The admit card with the complete address of the exam center, reporting time, and exam instructions will be released separately a few days later.
