The Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU) has its admission process underway for the July 2025 session across undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate programs. The official online admission portal opened on July 10, 2025, with the application window remaining tentatively active until July 31, 2025. Candidates must apply exclusively through the university’s online portal, where registration, document upload, and fee payment can be completed digitally. KKHSOU requires applicants for undergraduate courses to have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised school board with a passing percentage while postgraduate aspirants must hold a relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognised college with at least 50% for General and 45% for reserved categories, only for MBA course. For the rest of the postgraduate courses, students need only a minimum passing percentage from a recognised university.
Application fees for various programs range between Rs 300/- and Rs 500/-, and course fees per semester usually span Rs 3,500 – Rs 16,500 across various courses, with provisions for fee waivers for eligible students. Popular programs include BA, BCom, BBA, BCA, MA, MSc, MBA, and MCom. Applicants are advised to ensure all scanned documents, such as academic certificates, a valid photo ID, photograph, and signature, are ready in the prescribed format before initiating the application process to avoid delays.

Candidates can check the steps below to apply online for the July session for KKHSOU Admission 2025:- Access the KKHSOU official admission portal for July session 2025.
- Create your ABC ID (Academic Bank of Credit account) using the digilocker facility. Make sure to have an Aadhar, PAN card, or a Driving license to create one.
- Once the above is done, you need to create a UGC DEB ID through the KKHSOU admissions portal.
- Mention the UGC DEB ID at step 3 of the process and click on "Get your Details".
- If your details are accurate, you can then click on "Click to register" button.
- Upon doing the above, you will receive your username and password to login into the portal.
- After logging in successfully into the portal, fill out the online admission form with personal details, academic data.
- Upload all the prescribed documents.
- Preview your filled out application form and pay fee online through net banking, debit or credit card.
- Download and take a printout of the payment receipt for future reference.
