KSET Answer Key 2025 to be Released This Week: The Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) 2025 exam was conducted smoothly across 11 districts in the state on November 2, 2025. After the examination, the answer sheets were collected from the exam centers and brought to the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) office, where the process of scanning and uploading them onto the website began in the evening. The KSET 2025 answer key for all subjects is expected to be released this week, i.e., by November 9, 2025 , allowing candidates to challenge the answers if needed.
The KSET 2025 examination, which is a qualifying test for degree college lecturers, witnessed a participation rate of 90%, with over 1.21 lakh candidates appearing out of the 1.34 lakh registered applicants. The test was held for 34 subjects at 316 centers across Bangalore, Bellary, Belgaum, Davangere, Dharwad, Kalaburagi, Mangalore, Mysore, Shivamogga, Tumkur, and Vijayapura districts. Strict measures were taken to prevent any examination irregularities, and no untoward incidents were reported during the test.
Once KSET Answer Key 2025 is published, candidates can verify their responses and raise any objections they may have. For both Paper 1 and Paper 2, candidates receive 2 marks for each correct answer, with no negative marking for incorrect answers. Paper 1, which assesses teaching and research aptitude, consists of 50 objective-type questions worth a total of 100 marks. Paper 2, which is subject-specific, comprises 100 objective-type questions worth 200 marks. The release of the answer key will be a significant step towards the declaration of the results, and candidates are eagerly waiting for the opportunity to assess their performance. With the examination process being conducted smoothly, candidates are hopeful that the results will also be declared without any delay.
